-         Blow the whistle on Asthma 3/25 – downtown in Seville quarter

-         Relay for Life 3/31- 4/1   5pm till 8am

-         Festival on the Green is 3/31-4/1 – we will no longer be having a table

-         Next member meeting will be held April 13th at 6pm in the commons room 255.  Officer elections will be held at this meeting. 

 

Carlie:

·        Reading of the Minutes- approved

Brooke

·        Reading of Financial report- approved

·        Collected $2470.00 in National Membership Fees, $955.50 in local Dues, $20.00 in T-shirts, $20.00 in Cords.  Total income:  $3465.50 

·        Spent $1850.00 to Nationals, $250.00 on concert, 17.20 on printing.  Total spent:  $2117.20

·        Total in Account $6222.35

Ellen

·        No committee reports

·        T-shirts:            We want to choose a new design for the shirts.  If have any ideas please submit them to Brooke Hardy. 

·        CORDS:          First email Summer Bonner, Brooke Hardy, and Ellen Henley to find out if you are eligible for cords.  Then they can be picked-up from Martha in SGA office.
