Minutes:

~ Called to Order at 6:07 pm

~ American Diabetes Walk – another possible service project

-         from 6:30 am – 1 pm sometime in October

~ Greeklife.com is NOT the site to check out stuff…Greekgear.com

~ Minutes read and approved.

~ T-Shirt ideas (Lana) passed around just for us to look at.

~Tiffany presented the point systems and we talked about what we want, what we want to have.

-         We also talked about making our updated pt. system available online so everyone can see where they stand, but not be able to change things.

BY-LAWS

~ Reviewed changes to last year’s bylaws.

~ We were asked to make a list of what we think our duties are as an officer so we can put them into the bylaws.

~ Active/Inactive -  everyone is INACTIVE until they turn in hours.

~ Meeting scheduled for 6 pm on July 29^th, has been changed to 5 pm!
