Minutes for GBP

August 26, 2003

~ Called to order at 5:22 pm.

~ The new Webmaster is James Wells.

            Send min to him to upload on the internet.

~ New Posted meeting times will be as follows:

            First Tuesday of every month: Officers at 5 pm, General at 6 pm *

            Third Tuesday of every month: Officers only at 5 pm. *

• September: 2^nd Tuesday, and 4^th Tuesday

~ Next meeting will be on September 9^th; Officers at 5:30, and General at 6.

New Fundraisers 

~ Student Affairs: “Parisian Celebrate Education Sales Event”

            DENIED!

~ Blood Drive : September 25^th

            ~ One service hour per member to donate.

            ~ Free t-shirt for donation.

            ~ Contact Amanda Crowell by September 15^th to sign up.

~ Red Ribbon Soccer Clinic : October 4-5

            ~ UWF soccer teams will be there as well.

            ~ Allison is getting more information.

~ T-Shirts : In September 4^th, Available on the 9^th at our General Meeting.

~ To be payed for by the UWF Purchasing card, to be reimbursed by GBP Treasury

~ $8.50 a piece to be sold at $10.
