The Faculty/Staff Meal Plan is a block plan consisting of 50 meals, which can be used in the Nautilus Market, the campus all-you-care-to-eat facility. Multiple swipes are allowed during any given meal period. The meal plan holder may use the swipes for their own meals as well as for others who accompany them. The Faculty/Staff Meal Plan has no expiration date. The Faculty/Staff Meal Plan is available to Faculty, Adjunct Faculty, University Work Force Employees, and OPS Staff.
The cost for the Faculty/Staff Meal Plan is $291.00, which can be paid through payroll deduction over a period of five (5) pay periods. To obtain the Faculty/Staff Meal Plan via payroll deduction, please complete the information below and submit this form to Financial Services, Building 20E, Attention: Payroll.
Deduction code MLP will appear on your pay stub indicating each payroll deduction.
By submitting this form, I authorize the University of West Florida to deduct from my paycheck $58.20 per payday for a total of five (5) pay periods. The first deduction will begin on the first payday after being received by the Payroll Department. I understand that I cannot cancel my payroll deduction prior to paying the full amount of the meal plan.
