The collections department is responsible for the recovery of delinquent repayment of money owed to the University of West Florida.

The collection department is available to discuss your financial situation, alternatives and can recommend repayment options.  All student records and information are strictly confidential.  In the event that due diligence has been exhausted and an agreeable repayment has not been achieved, then the collection department will refer account to one of several contracted collection agencies.  The same safeguard of student information is exercised by these agencies, and the credit bureaus they report to.

In order to have your parent/guardian discuss your account, you are required to complete the Student Authorization Release of Information form.
