A completed application is a contract to exhibit, if accepted. No refunds will be made for cancellation, removal for cause, or weather. The Festival on the Green Fine Arts Show is an outdoor event, but only in the most extreme weather, such as flooding, rain, windstorm, or other conditions clearly hazardous to artists, patrons and staff, will this event be closed down. I will abide by the rules set forth and will sign the hold harmless release agreement.
