Phillips Jazz Piano Competition
7:30 p.m.-Sanger Theatre Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Place
The finals of the Kathleen T. and Philip B. Phillips, M.D. Jazz Piano Competition will be held as a free public performance. This even will coincide with Pensacola's JazzFest. The winner of the competition will present a concert for Pensacola JazzFest on Saturday, April 4, 2009.

You and your guest are invited to the Annual Alumni Awards Program and Jazz Brunch. Awards to be presented include the Chambered Nautilus Award of Merit, Distinguished Alumnus Award, Outstanding Young Alumnus Award, Honorary Alumnus Award, and Friend of the University Award.
All awards will be presented at the association's Annual Alumni Awards Program and Jazz Brunch during Festival on the Green April 4th at 10 a.m. in the UWF Commons Conference Center. This year's program will be emceed by Mollye Barrows, UWF alumna and news anchor for Pensacola's WEAR ABC 3.
