These body detectives will learn about the different systems, structure and function of the human body. They will compare the systems and build each system for their own model. They will investigate proper food and nutrition and the benefits of a well balanced diet. Campers will also learn different vocabulary words that will provide opportunity for small group discussions to have a debate about which system is the human body is the most important.
Campers will present their models demonstrating the different systems that were built on Friday, August 9 at 2:00pm. Campers will be able to identify the importance of each system and what role it plays in our body.
