The University has embarked upon its voyage: Making Way for Excellence. | UWF Culture AuditBaptist Leadership Institute is providing UWF with an organizational assessment that includes a campus-wide culture audit. The service excellence culture audit is a survey tool containing 43 questions related to employee satisfaction, student satisfaction and campus culture. This tool provides a means for you to impart feedback to the university’s leadership and to assist in setting priorities for the future. All employees are strongly encouraged and expected to participate. Your feelings about how UWF functions as an organization are vital in determining what the university does well and what it needs to improve.
