Excess Financial Aid and Refunds

After drop/add, tuition and fees will be paid by any eligible financial aid. A refund will be initiated for any excess financial aid. Excess financial aid is typically sent to BankMobile by the end of the second week of classes.

Due Dates

If you are registered for courses with start dates during both First Half and Second Half of term, all fees will be due at the First Half due date. If you are registered for only Second Half of term classes, tuition and fees will have a Second Half due date. If you register for a class that has a First Half Due Date and that date has already passed, your fees are due immediately. If not paid on that day, a late payment fee will assess.

Please see the Academic Calendar for the fee payment deadline.

The University is required by the IRS to furnish the 1098-T to students. The tuition statement includes the amount of tuition assessed during the tax year, excluding health and transportation fees. It also includes the amount of scholarships, grants, employer payments for tuition, and VA payments received by the student. Loan amounts are not included on a 1098-T. 1098-T’s are available the last week of January for the previous tax year and are accessed through the student's CashNetaccount.

Third Party Billing

Students who are registered for courses that will be partially or fully paid by their sponsoring agencies must bring the contract or authorization form to the Cashiers Office during the registration period.  Students are required to pay any fees not covered by the contract or authorization by the fee payment deadline.
