Cashier Services


	Cashier services at the joint UWF-NWFSC Campus in Fort Walton Beach are available as follows: Account payments can be made: a. At the kiosk located at the UWF Information Desk in Bldg 1. Payment via the kiosk can be made by credit/debit card only, i.e., Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. The student must have an My UWF username and password to sign in and use this service. Kiosk payments are not subject to the $15 convenience fee. Please note that cash and checks can no longer be accepted at the Fort Walton Beach Campus for any transaction. b. By check or money order mailed to the Cashier's Office, University of West Florida, 11000 University Pkwy, Pensacola, FL 32514. c. Online through My UWF with a credit/debit card. Online payments are subject to a $15 convenience fee. d. In person at the Cashiers Office located in Bldg 20E on the main campus in Pensacola. Parking decals for the joint UWF-NWFSC Campus and REEF) can be obtained from the UWF Information Desk in Bldg 1 or Student Services located in Bldg 2, Room 20. There is no fee for this decal. Parking decals for the main campus can be purchased online through My UWF or they can be purchased in person at the Cashier's Office located in Bldg 20E in Pensacola. Nautilus (UWF) Identification Cards can be obtained from the UWF Cashier Services in Bldg 1. There is no convenience fee if paid at the kiosk. The Nautilus Card can also be ordered online through My UWF or purchased directly from the Cashier's Office located in Bldg 20E at the main campus. A $15 convenience fee will be assessed if payment is made online. The services offered at the joint UWF-NWFSC Campus in Fort Walton Beach are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday. These services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays observed by UWF. Cashier services at the Pensacola Campus are available from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Pensacola Cashier's Office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays observed by UWF.
