Our department offers undergraduate degree programs leading to a Bachelor of Science in four degree areas with various specialization options:
Career and Technical Education (see catalog)

Building Construction (see catalog)

These programs are aligned to national standards and industry needs. All programs promote hands-on, practical application of concepts to real-world problems. Students are encouraged to participate in field experiences, such as co-operative education and internships, to see how the academic experience directly applies to their future career. Many of our courses are offered through UWF's online campus to give you maximum flexibility when balancing your educational pursuits with the demands of work and family.
The department also offers two undergraduate certificate programs: Career and Technical Education and Technology Systems Support. These programs may later be integrated into a degree program.
Are you still in school? Our partnerships with regional high schools and community colleges, such as West Florida High School, the CHOICE Academies, George Stone Technical Center, Locklin Vocational Technical Center, and Pensacola Junior College, ensure a seamless transition to a four-year degree program at UWF.
If you attend one of these schools, contact our advisors for information on how one of our programs can benefit your future.
