If you already have your bachelor's degree, and you want to take on a leadership role in education or training, choose a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Instructional and Performance Technology or Career and Technical Education. A master's degree can open the door to many exciting new career opportunities (see below). If you already have a master's degree, choose a specialist or doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Instructional and Performance Technology.
