FIN 3403-Managerial Finance

Analytical concepts available to financial manager in acquisition and effective utilization of funds in relation to other management functions.   Prerequisites:  ACG 2001, ACG 2011, ECO 2013, and ECO 2023.

 

FIN 4303-Commercial Bank Management

Role of financial institutions in the economy.  Participation of institutions in the  financial markets.  Overview of the management of financial institutions.  Current issues in the financial system.  Includes theory and practice.  Prerequisites:  FIN 3403 and FIN 3233.

 

FIN 6246-Financial Markets

Role of money, financial institutions, and financial markets in the economy, including introduction to theory of interest rates; operation of domestic and international financial markets; role of government and private institutions in financial markets; current issues in financial institutions and markets.  Prerequisite: FIN 3403.
