UWF Celebrates the World is an annual event hosted by the Office of Diversity and International Education and Programs. The event features cultural exhibitions, a fashion show, art show, music, dance and study abroad information.
UWF Celebrates the World coincides with the US Department of State and US Department of Education’s International Education Week.

UWF Celebrates the World 2009
This year, UWF Celebrates the World will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 18 in the Commons Conference Center, Bldg. 22 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. The event will consist of a flag ceremony, cultural exhibits, international food, dance and fashion show! UWF International Photo Contest
The Office of Diversity and International Education and Programs will offer an international photo contest as part of this year’s International Education Week celebration, UWF Celebrates the World.
The photo contest is the perfect opportunity for students to show off their international travel experience. Winners will be selected by online votes placed by the UWF campus community. The first place winner will receive a $1,000 travel grant to be used toward an authorized UWF international exchange program trip.
Entries must be submitted by Nov. 9. Winners will be announced at the UWF Celebrates the World event on Nov. 18 at 12 noon.
