This is a truly exciting period in the history of the department. We are experiencing significant growth, collaborating with many new institutions and organizations locally and throughout the world, and, with the addition of a state-of-the art 19 million dollar facility, we offer opportunities that few universities can provide.
ESCH is home to programs that focus on the practical and scientific practice and understanding of the health, leisure, and exercise science domain. Our undergraduate programs include Athletic Training, Community Health Education, Exercise Science, Hospitality, Recreation, and Resort Management (HRRM), Physical Education, Physical Education/Teacher Education (PETE), and Sport Management.
Our graduate programs include Masters of Science (M.S.) in Exercise Science or Physical Education and Masters of Science (M.S.) in Community Health Education, as well as Masters of Science in Administration (M.S.A.) in Health Care Administration, the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) program in Physical Education and Health. Students participating in our Exercise Science or Athletic Training program may apply to the newly added Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
