Welcome to the University of West Florida Counseling and Health Promotion Services web site.  We offer confidential, free mental health counseling.  In addition, we work to develop a culture at UWF in which students strive for mental and physical health.  Throughout each semester, a host of events are offered to help you bring balance to your academic and personal life.  Please take time to participate in our workshops and other activities, as students consistently rate them as extremely beneficial. Please take a few moments to view our site and visit often so you will know what is happening within Counseling and Health Promotion Services.  Look for upcoming changes on our site as we are currently in transition, combining The Counseling Center and Student Health and Wellness Education into one department to better serve you.
