Membership and Benefits

Leisure Learning is a membership organization. The $35 annual membership fee covers twelve months from the date you join.

About Membership and Benefits

With your Leisure Learning membership, you are entitled to:

  • register for all Leisure Learning classes, tours, and events.
  • a free Leisure Learning Parking Decal for parking on the UWF campus.
  • a printed Class Catalog mailed directly to your home each semester.
  • discounted rates to cultural events on campus and in the local community.

An additional membership benefit is the eligibility to purchase a UWF Nautilus card for only $10. The official UWF identification card can be used for:

  • checking out books and using electronic databases at UWF Library.
  • paying for food or services rendered anywhere on the UWF campus.
  • an ID for campus events and offices.
  • $5 admission fees to UWF Center for Fine and Performing Arts events.
  • access to the Health, Leisure and Sports facility 
    (with purchase of UWF gym membership).


As a current member, you may bring a friend to a class as an introduction to the program. The class price will apply. If your friend joins Leisure Learning, you AND your friend will receive a credit voucher for a future Leisure Learning class or event.

How to obtain a Nautilus Card
  1. Call the Student Support Office and request proof of Leisure Learning Membership
  2. Take the proof of membership to the UWF cashier's office in Building 20E and pay $10 for the card.
  3. Take your payment receipt, proof of membership and a government-issued photo ID to the Nautilus card office in Building 20W to have your picture taken and a Nautilus Card issued.
