Self-Expression through Art

June 3, 2019

Camp Description

With an effort to dispel the artistic woes such as, “I’m ready to make art, but I don’t know what to create!” this week-long exploration connects the creative spirit to personal ideas, feelings and beliefs that hold great meaning. We will use a variety of media, including non-objective drawing and paiting, along with written expression to dive deeper into the meanings of creativity, all while allowing you to fortify your own identity during this transformational stage of life. The week concludes with the creation of a symbolic self-portrait, unique to each person.
