Entry level education: Associate's Degree
There is increased competition for paralegal positions. Applicants with experience, formal paralegal training, strong computer and database management skills will have the most success in landing a position. Paralegals and legal assistants are found in all types of organizations, but most work for law firms, corporate legal departments and government agencies.
