New Student Registration - Undergraduate Course Sequence

All new Undergraduate students must start with the Health Science Essentials of Behavior Analysis (HSC 3991) Course. We offer two registration methods for new HSC 3991 enrollments.

Spring 2019 Course Offerings

Our courses have interactive online weekly course meetings.  Students must attend the first class meeting but then have the option to attend and participate live or to watch the recording of each course at another time during the week.

HSC 3991 - Health Science Essentials of Behavior Analysis, is the first course in the undergraduate level Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) course sequence.  This course also meets education requirements for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam. The course will run from 1/7/19-3/1/19 and will have live meetings on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM Central Time.

HSC 3992 - Problem Identification and Functional Assessment in Health Science, is the second course in the undergraduate level BCaBA course sequence. The course will run from 3/4/19-5/4/19 and will have live meetings on Thursdays at 5:30 PM Central Time.

Registration Option 1

If you are already admitted to UWF as a degree seeking student, you may add HSC 3991 anbd HSC 3992 to your schedule for Spring 2019.

If you are a new non-degree seeking student, complete a non-degree seeking graduate or undergraduate application. Use the link below to apply for the semester that you plan to enroll (Spring, Summer, or Fall).

Apply

You may choose applied behavior analysis or exceptional student education for a field of study.

It usually takes at least 24 hours for that application to process.  Once it has processed, you will be sent a UWF ID# from Admissions.  Once you have your UWF ID, you can log in to the myUWF portal and complete the two remaining tasks:

1. Follow the instructions to remove the financial responsibility hold.

2. To remove immunization hold, you will need your UWF ID. Immunization records are required of all students, but you have the option to decline or exempt yourself from the immunizations since you will be an online student.

Once you are admitted and holds are removed, you may add the course(s) directly to your schedule.
