Theresa Cserep joined the Continuing Education department at UWF in 2006. As a Senior Training Specialist she has been providing child welfare training to various agencies since the beginning of the contract. Theresa trains degreed professionals in the classroom, in office consultations and also in the field across Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties. Theresa has experience in child protective investigations as well as working with individuals who have disabilities. Theresa graduated with a B.S. from the University of West Florida in 2001.
Theresa is a past president of the Junior League of Pensacola and on their executive board. She is a member of the 2013 class of Leadership Pensacola (LeaP) and also Pensacola Young Professionals. As a Pensacola native she is interested in seeing Pensacola grow and thrive. Theresa has a passion for adoption and enjoys speaking publicly regarding her own journey as a child who was gifted a forever family. She and her husband Rick enjoy spending time outdoors together with their three young daughters.
