Patti Spaniola joined UWF in December 2008. She oversees all Continuing Education programs including open enrollment courses for professional and personal development, non-credit certificates, Explore Summer Camps, and Leisure Learning. In addition, she oversees the unit’s marketing department, Student Support Center, Student OutreachProgram, and serves as CE’s meeting planner.
Patti earned an M.B.A. from Regis University in Colorado Springs, CO and a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).
Active in the community, Patti has volunteered her time to serve on committees and boards promoting education including Association for Talent Development, Next Generation Learning Community, Men of Color Conference, and the UWF Etiquette Dinner. She currently serves as Chair for the Association for Continuing Higher Education South Region.
Having spent most of her life in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, Patti loves to hike and spend time outdoors. Since moving to Florida, she has fully embraced coastal living and enjoys searching for seashells on Pensacola’s lovely beaches.
