Research Interests

My research interests are in the areas of database, datawarehousing, datamining, and statistical computing.  All these areas have applications in various fields including bioinformatics, medical information systems, genomics, etc. My areas of specialization in database are on database modeling, design and development, web databases, working with oracle, SQL Server, and other major databases. In data mining, my areas of concentration are on data pre-processing, association rule mining, and pattern analysis in very large datasets/databases.
