Communication Arts covers a broad range of study.  The B.A. program offered by the Department has been designed to offer a framework for exploring human communication and to provide practical experience in broadcasting, film, journalism, public relations, advertising, and organizational settings that require effective interpersonal, organization, and public speaking skills.

The M.A. program is designed to prepare students for doctoral study or for careers in health communication leadership.  Emphasis is on theory and practice of leadership in communication aspects of health care organizations.
