Online RN-BSN Curriculum Schedule Information

Scheduling information for prospective Online RN-BSN students


Preferred admission is given to students who have completed all other requirements for the University Baccalaureate degree prior to enrolling in the nursing upper division coursework.

A separate nursing departmental application and admission is required for the RN to BSN student. The plan of study to complete the BSN degree includes 32 hours of upper division nursing coursework.

    Summer courses run 7 weeks with a one-week overlap.

Graduation requirements:

124 semester hours total from all academic coursework

32 semester hours must be taken at UWF 

 

Course Offering Schedule


Courses will be offered during each semester as indicated.  Students are to plan their own schedule for full time or part time study. Students needing to complete non-nursing coursework must do so prior to the final semester.  Students are expected to complete the degree within three years.  Students who do not take a nursing course for two consecutive semesters and wish to resume studies must contact the nursing advisor.

 *NUR 3081 and NUR 3990 are always the first courses; NUR 4895 is always the last course in the plan of study and taken in the students semester of graduation. All non-nursing coursework must be completed prior to the students' final semester.
