Hartnett, who received a Doctorate in Business Administration from Georgia State University, teaches Marketing and Management courses.
Her research has focused on Digital and Social Media Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Health Care. At the 2015 International Conference on Engaged Management Scholarship, she presented a refereed paper examining “Marketing Analytics and Health Care: Untapped Opportunities for Organizational Learning and Business Success.”
Hartnett’s business career included being a top marketing executive in the health care and newspaper industries and owning her own consulting firm. A multiple award-winner herself, Hartnett has been sought out to judge top marketing competitions for the American Marketing Association and other national organizations.
