Government Contracting Services exist to assist any business located in Florida interested in obtaining contracts with federal, state and local government agencies.
What is Government Contracting Services?
Florida's Government Contracting Services Program was established in 1985 to assist any business (small, other than small, profit or non-profit) located in Florida interested in obtaining contracts with the Department of Defense (DOD), other federal agencies, state/local government agencies and prime contractors.
Government Contracting Services is a specialized program under the Florida SBDC Network. Consulting is provided by Government Contracting Specialists, trained and experienced in government procurement processes and requirements. These specialists can be found in seven FSBDC's across the state, with Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach being two of them.
Government Contracting Services is funded in part through a cooperative agreement from the Department of Defense (DOD) through a program that is administered by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The content of any written materials or verbal communications of Government Contracting Services does not necessarily reflect the official views of or imply endorsement by DOD or DLA.
