CEPS Technology Support Services

Four IT professionals operate CEPS Technology Support Services (CTSS) for the College of Education and Professional Studies. CTSS works very hard to assist in finding solutions to your hardware and software issues.

The primary mission of CTSS is to provide technology service, support, and consultation to the faculty, staff, and students of the College of Education and Professional Studies.

Additionally, CTSS is responsible for consultation, ordering, implementation, and support of technology within the College; providing a standard set of hardware and software application recommendations, in accordance with the guidelines setup by the University and ITS.

Consulting support is provided to assist with configuring and purchasing new computers, printers, peripherals, and other technology devices for individual offices and departments. Consulting services for classroom technology is also provided.
