In recent years, the team has gained experience in planning and conducting programs onsite in five countries, including the United States, Germany, New Zealand, Mexico, and Spain. Join Career PathWhat is this service? The new talent management Web site is called, Career Path. It is an online personal career management tool designed to help the individual gain a better understanding of his or her unique career history and develop a comprehensive plan for achieving personal career goals and objectives. Career Path uses the NavAgility® Talent Visualization System to provide people with the management tools, know-how, and methods that will help them make good career and educational choices as they pursue their personal goals. The Career Path service is provided by a growing network of leading colleges and universities across the country as part of the National Talent Markets Initiative, a joint effort of NavAgility LLC and The University of West Florida Division of Continuing Education. Career Path will provide you with important insights into where you have been, where you are now, and where you want to go. Most importantly, it can help you decide how best to get there.
