“It is strongly recommended that no elected member of the Faculty Senate be a member of any other University standing committee, except the University Planning Council and/or its associated sub committees unless so directed by the Faculty Senate. All faculty eligible to serve on the Faculty Senate must have a minimum of two (2) calendar years of full time employment with UWF before being elected to the Faculty Senate.”
Sub Committees:
A faculty member may not serve on more than three committees at the same time. All faculty of the rank of professor, associate professor, assistant professor and instructor may vote (except where restricted to tenured faculty). No visiting faculty of any rank may vote or run for office.
