English, Spanish

The Department of English and World Languages at The University of West Florida offers students a curriculum that is at the core of the modern liberal arts education. Courses in the English major contribute to the student's knowledge and understanding of human culture and to the relationship between literary texts and other bodies of human knowledge, such as philosophy, history, religion, psychology, the classics, and modern languages.
