Heather Evans

Heather Evans received her B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from the University of West Florida in 2011. Her undergraduate research included Asian Studies, with particular interest in Japanese language and culture. She was selected for membership in the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and remains a member today. As a graduate student, Heather is focusing her research efforts on issues of identity, ethnicity, heritage tourism, and Irish-American studies. Possessing a deep love of people, traveling and culture, she intends to apply anthropological methods to global issues to help develop solutions.
