I need to make an appointment with a career coach. How do I do this and when are they offered? You can always stop by Building 19 to make an appointment for a career coach. Usually the appointments are 1 hour long,. Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. If you need to schedule an appotinment outside normal office hours call 474-2254.

Our office offers drop-in hours for quick questions Monday - Thursday between 11:00am and 3:00pm.

I heard that the University has an on-line job posting service, how to I gain access? As a University student, you can create an account in the JasonQuest system. Visit uwf.edu/career for log-in instructions. You can also schedule an appointment with a career advisor for job search strategies.

 

 

I need to learn more about networking for the job I want, are there any resources I should pay special attention to? Visit uwf.edu/career for Career Service’s online references or stop by Building 19 to check out our career resources library.

 

 

I am not a Senior, should I still attend the Career Fair? The Career Fair is not just for seniors and is a great chance to check out the employers who often recruit UWF students. Come network with employers for other employment opportunities such as part-time jobs, internships, or Co-Ops.
