- The University of West Florida’s Center for Applied Psychology (CAP), the University of West Florida's Center on Aging (COA), and the Naval Hospital’s Deployment Health and Wellness Center are proud to host a fourth event structured to assist with promoting healing and resiliency for US Service members and their families, specifically our retired veterans.
- This half-day event includes tools and strategies to assist providers in description of early qualitative research into Late-Onset Stress Symptomatology (LOSS); the development and validation of the LOSS measure; the development and ongoing validation of a short form of the LOSS measure (LOSS-SF); and current reconceptualization and broadening of the LOSS construct.
- This workshop is recommended for community-based mental health professionals, government and uniformed health care providers and others who have an interest in mental and behavioral health.
