"No Run-Around” is the name of an Administrative Services initiative working to create a “no run-around” culture in the division, where all employees assume joint ownership for customer problems and strive to exhibit resourcefulness and adaptable in insuring that client issues are resolved.
No Run-Around is intended to support UWF’s strategic goals of providing high quality academic programs in a supportive and caring environment and delivering outstanding facilities and support services to our students.
The No Run-Around initiative started in January of 2009. Notable accomplishments include three years of "No Run-Around Volunteers", a faculty/staff effort to greet and assist students during the first week of Fall semester, and two years of summer workshops.
