University of West Florida logos and marks cannot be used by external organizations and businesses without prior written authorization from Institutional Communications. This includes but is not limited to all institutional logos, logo signatures, athletic marks, the presidential seal and other graphics associated with the institution’s identity.
A written usage agreement must be signed for each individual case by the Executive Director of Institutional Communications. To request permission, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
A trademark licensing program gives UWF control over its logos and marks, ensuring the quality and consistency of all uses and merchandise. Merchandise that bears a registered trademark, trade name, service mark, or logo of the University of West Florida name must be approved, in writing, by the office of Trademarks and Licensing (or its agent the Collegiate Licensing Company).
