| Sustainable, durable, affordable housing is a continuing concern for Florida citizens as well as construction, housing, insurance, and supporting infrastructure industries. The BEST House is a demonstration house that will be used as an educational tool and resource for Northwest Florida. UWF students, students in our regional partner institutions, construction-related professionals, and community members are invited to be part of our learning community as we explore construction-related issues. |

The BEST House is a project of the Building Construction Program in the Department of Engineering and Computer Technology. It is being developed as a collaborative effort involving building partners and business contributers who are committed to "green" construction.
