UWF Business Enterprises, Inc. (“BEI”), a Florida non-profit corporation and direct support organization of The University of West Florida (“UWF”), a public university that is a constituent institution of the State University System of Florida, invites written Letters of Interest and Qualifications for the development, financing, design, construction, management and operation of the developments to be known as University Park and Northwest Village respectively. The project(s) will be developed on the main campus of UWF in Pensacola, Florida.
NOTE: BEI shall not be obligated to enter into any contract with any Respondent.
Questions regarding this solicitation can be addressed per the instructions in the solicitation on page 15.
