Kenneth “KC” Clark, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) of St. Pete Beach, Florida, is a senior vice president and deal manager for Raymond James & Associates, Inc. in the Equity Syndicate Department. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial services including accounting, auditing and management. He has served as chief operating officer for Heritage Asset Management (a subsidiary of Raymond James), as well as chief compliance officer for the family of mutual funds managed by Heritage.
Mr. Clark currently serves on the Board of UWF Business Enterprises, Inc., as well as the UWF College of Business Advisory Council. Mr. Clark served as a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of West Florida from its inception in 2001 including serving as Chair from January 2005 through December 2010 and previously served as chair of the Finance, Administration and Audit Committee. In addition, he served on the board of the Florida Institute for Human and Machine Cognition for six years. Mr. Clark is the past president of the UWF National Alumni Association and served for nine years on its board of directors. He also served on the UWF Foundation board from July 2000 to June 2003.
Mr. Clark and his wife created a scholarship endowment for financially needy students and provide support to various UWF programs. Clark received two degrees from UWF: 1985 bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 1986 master’s degree in Accounting Information Systems. Mr. Clark has been a licensed CPA in Florida since 1986.
