On its current track, Tropical Storm Gustav is expected to enter into the southern Gulf of Mexico on Sunday. Current forecasts show Gustav making landfall somewhere between Texas and Mississippi. However, it is important for all Northwest Florida residents to be mindful and watchful with regards to this storm. UWF will continue to closely monitor the future movements of Gustav and will alert the campus community should protective measures or campus closure be warranted.
