The Effects of Transformational and Servant Leadership on Employee Work-Life Balance

Abstract:
Using a sample of university staff, we compared the influence of two different leadership styles on employees' reported work-life balance and related variables. We found that perceived servant leadership is superior in facilitating employee work-life balance than perceived transformational leadership.
