Kad Henderson received his B.A. in Maritime Studies from the University of West Florida in 2007 with minors in Anthropology and History. Kad has participated in archaeological field school in downtown Pensacola as well as on Sapelo Island, Georgia as well as field projects throughout the Southeastern U.S. He currently works as a lab assistant in UWF's conservation lab, field technician for Brockington Cultural Resource Consultants as well as an outreach assistant at the Florida Public Archaeology Network. His research interests include conservation of archaeological materials, ship construction, and marine remote sensing.
