Student Ambassadors
UWF
Ambassadors are the official student hosts for the University of West Florida.
Their purpose is to promote and serve UWF. As student leaders, they devote a
minimum of ten hours per month to special campus and/or community activities.
These student volunteers are selected through an interview process based on minimum GPA requirement, communication abilities and an interest in promoting UWF. Since the first student volunteers donned their green ambassador jackets in 1986, ambassadors have assisted with numerous university functions and served as liaisons between students, faculty, alumni, parents and the community.
The Ambassador program is supported by the UWF National Alumni Association and the Office of Alumni Relations.
