Campus Tours

There is no better way to get a sense of a college or university than to visit. We invite you to come and explore our dynamic campus. You will see what makes UWF the perfect place to learn and grow. Come see for yourself why UWF is different by design.

Daily Campus Tours

Beyond the natural beauty of our 1,600-acre, campus we want you to experience all that UWF offers:

  • Tour the campus and experience our academic and arts facilities.
  • Meet the friendly people who are the heart of our vibrant community.
  • Ask all of your questions about student life, academic programs, the admissions process, housing and even financial aid while you’re here.

Campus tours are offered Monday through Friday, except on observed holidays and closings. Tours depart from the Visitor Center in Building 81 at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Prospective students and families will have the opportunity to meet with an Admissions Representative. Reservations are preferred.

Students and families interested in visiting can make their reservation online. Once you have made a reservation, you will receive confirmation within a few days. We want to be sure you have requested a tour date that we are able to accommodate. The email will contain your tour reservation confirmation, directions and a campus map and tips for visiting Pensacola.

Group Visits

UWF accommodates special groups interested in visiting campus by providing a tour experience specifically tailored to best meet your needs. Whether you want to take a quick tour of campus to see what UWF has to offer your students or would like to spend several hours on campus getting to know our students, faculty and staff, we are here to ensure an informative, enjoyable visit for your group.

Start by Requesting a Group Visit. If preferred, you can call the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at to discuss your intentions and ensure you get your desired campus experience. To ensure all group visits are coordinated effectively we ask that requests are submitted at least three weeks prior to the week you intend to visit.
