New Students Applying for Financial Aid
If you are a new UWF student beginning your enrollment Summer 2014, please visit the financial aid website for detailed financial aid information. UWF does not require a separate application for summer financial aid. In order to apply for Summer financial aid you will need to complete the 2013-14 FAFSA. The 2014-15 FAFSA is effective for Fall 2014. You will automatically be awarded for Pell Grant (if eligible) and you’re maximum Direct Loan.
When you receive your award letter, review the information that is attached to the email, so you understand any additional steps you must take in order to receive the funds. Student Accounts will send you information regarding a HigherOne account and financial aid disbursement.
