Reinstatement
Applicable to students requesting reinstatement from academic suspension.
Reinstatement Information
A suspended student may request reinstatement according to the conditions identified in the student's most recent suspension decision.
The reinstatement process requires:
- the student to complete a Request for Reinstatement
- a meeting between the student and the advisor
- a meeting between the student and the student's department chairperson

A.A. Degree Forgiveness
If applicable, apply for AA Forgiveness (PDF). A.A. Degree Forgiveness is an option for students who previously attended UWF who have earned an Associate of Arts degree at another Florida public institution. Students must transfer directly from the A.A. degree-granting institution to UWF.
