Academic Scholarships for Freshmen

UWF recognizes and rewards academic, creative, and athletic achievement by awarding scholarships on a competitive basis. Student diversity is a consideration for all scholarship awards.

A number of academic scholarship programs are available to students who have demonstrated high academic achievement.  Typically, no special application is required to compete for these scholarships. Your application for undergraduate admission automatically qualifies you for consideration.  In any case where a special scholarship application is necessary, it will be noted.  Follow the links to the particular scholarship type for more information.
