Preparing for Orientation
To register for orientation, go to your MyUWF, search and click "Orientation Registration for Undergraduate Students", select your entry semester (e.g., Fall 2018) and complete your registration.
Please your trip to campus for orientation by visiting Undergraduate Admissions webpage for travel information.
Submit your Mandatory Immunization Health History Form to the Student Health Center. You can find information about immunizations needed at uwf.edu/immunizations. The Health Center must receive this information prior to your orientation so the immunization hold can be removed from your records. Please make sure that the form is completed correctly.
Beginning Fall 2015, all students who will be living in UWF residence halls will be required to provide documentation of receiving one dose of the meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4), also known as Menactra or Menveo. Additionally, documentation of a booster dose of MCV4 will be required if the first dose was administered before the age of 16 years.
Check-In & Parking
Detailed check-in and parking information will be provided prior to your selected session via email. Regardless of session, students should bring a photo ID (e.g., Driver's License, Passport, or State/Government issued photo ID), rain gear, and immunization information (if records have not yet been submitted). You will receive a printed schedule of events and other materials at check-in. If you are staying on-campus for your session, we will also provide a detailed packing list before you arrive.
