the following documents before the admission application deadline
of the university.
The online application consists
of three pages, all of which must be submitted in order to be

you can gather all the necessary information before you start
completing the online form. Please note that if you wish
to be classified as a Florida resident for fee purposes, the "Information
for Residency Classification" section requires
detailed driver's license, vehicle registration, and voter registration
information of the person who is claiming Florida residency.
This will be a parent if the applicant is claimed as a dependent
on IRS returns.
